According to some rumors it surfaced recently, the new fourth-generation iPad Mini could supportSplit View . This is one of the new features in iPhone OS 9, which allows for the iPad screen two applications open at once .

As reported by 9to5Mac , the new iPad Mini expected this fall, will be powerful enough to support two applications at the same time on the screen , thanks to Split View of iOS 9.
