Apple releases watchOS 3.2.2, TVOS 10.2.1 and MacOS 10.12.5. Here’s how to upgrade!

In addition to iPhone OS 10.3.2, Apple has just released the new firmware versions for Apple Watch and Apple TV.

Both versions contain no news on a practical level but several bug fixes and security enhancements. It also increases the stability and performance.

Apple Watch

To download the new 3.2.2 watchos you simply open the “Watch” application on your iPhone then get in General and you will find the update to be made strictly over-the-air starting from the smartphone. Make sure that the clock has at least 50% charge and is close to the phone and charging.

Apple TV

To update TVOS to 10.2.1, you have two options. The simplest is to turn on the TV, go into Settings> System> Software Updates> Update Software

The second method is to download the firmware from the link below and connect the Apple TV via USB-C cable to the computer. Open iTunes and click the Alt key (Mac) Shift (Windows) on the keyboard while clicking the Refresh button with the mouse and select the firmware you just downloaded:

MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 improves security and stability. Furthermore:

  • Resolves an issue that may cause intermittent audio playback via USB headset
  • Improves the Mac App Store compatibility with future software updates
  • It adds the ability to install Windows 10 Update Creators no multimedia support via Boot Camp

To update Mac OS to version 10.12.5 (Sierra) just open the Mac App Store and enter the Updates tab.
