DigiTimes: Here is the first iPhone 12 models to hit the market

According to a new report, the first two iPhone 12 models to hit the market will be the two 6.1-inch devices.

Apple is set to release four new OLED iPhones in 5.4, 6.1 and 6.7-inch sizes before the end of the year.

Several rumors suggest that the  6.7-inch iPhone and a 6.1-inch model will be high-end devices with triple lens cameras , while the 5.4-inch device and the other 6.1-inch model inches will be low-end iPhones.

Due to delays in development and production, it is rumored that some models will be available immediately, while the others will arrive only in October / November.

DigiTimes has previously suggested that the two  6.1-inch iPhone 12 models could be the first devices to hit the market in October, while the two new-sized 5.4 and 6.7-inch models will be available at a later date.

Through a  new report, the Taiwanese publication reiterated that claim, this time based on the shipping times of printed circuit boards for the devices.

Shipments of SLP motherboards for the 6.1-inch models began in July, while shipments for the 6.7 and 5.4-inch models began in the second half of August.

Bloomberg  also reported that Apple will  stagger the launch of the iPhone  in 2020. However, it expects the company to launch the low-end 5.4 and 6.1-inch devices first, followed by the 6.1 and 6.7 Pro devices. inches.

Meanwhile, leaker  Jon Prosser says the ‌iPhone 12‌ models will be unveiled at an event to be held in the week of October 12, with the low-end models expected to be available for pre-order shortly after the event ends. Additionally, the Laker says the ‌iPhone 12‌ Pro models will not be available until November.

Regardless of the order in which Apple will release its iPhone 12 lineup, an official announcement on the devices could be imminent.
